∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support/ Client Service, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to lead the sales team, people development and also able to arrange necessary sales and product trainings for the team.
∎ Good product knowledge regarding automotive products and also have to good market knowledge about whole Bangladesh.
∎ Plan and develop strategies to acquire new markets, as well as sustaining with the existing customers.
∎ Generate list of prospective customers for field force and ensure full utilization.
∎ Able to work with customer, concerned departments to ensure the achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target by volume/value.
∎ Good knowledge about brand building and promotional activities like Demo, Road show etc.
∎ Maintaining relationships with key customers, able to implement innovative promotional campaigns, monitoring market trends and exploring growth opportunities.
∎ Able to close potential business deals by analyzing strategies, product requirements and relationship.
∎ Able to maintain and follow organizational policies and compliance guidelines strictly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
