• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Bachelor`s/ Masters degree

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Agro based Startup

• Age At least 26 years
• Only Male

• Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the agro-industry.

• Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior in the feed and chicks sector.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and complete tasks.

• Forecast sales and plan accordingly to meet targets.

• Develop new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Visit different areas frequently to promote products and generate sales.

• Follow up on sales orders and ensure timely payment recovery.

• Conduct frequent meetings with farmers and dealers to maintain strong communication channels.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market reports on sales and distribution.

• Manage and develop dealers in respective areas and take full responsibility for payment recovery.

• Any other task assigned by Management.
