Job Context:
∎ RDRS Bangladesh is inviting applications to fill the position of Regional Manager (Micro Enterprise) to create a panel to fulfill the present requirement of the organization and for future employment. Interested eligible candidates are requested to apply for the position.
∎ Regional Manager (ME) is responsible for the effective and viable operation of Microenterprise loan in RDRS at field level. S/he is responsible to assist management to prepare a plan for Microenterprise loan and monitor the related activities and provide reports to the respective supervisor. S/he will also share the new ideas/feedback with management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Extend support to management to prepare annual plan regarding ME loan program;
∎ Monitor the assigned Program performance as per plan and provide the necessary support to all concerned for 100% achievement;
∎ Follow up the Area Manager (ME) and Loan Officer (ME) as per their schedule and monitor their activities;
∎ Visit field (enterprises initiated by the program participants), branches and area offices frequently to follow up and check all relevant documents, records and necessary papers;
∎ Check the loan proposals and profiles of the program participants and provide necessary recommendation;
∎ Initiate immediate action to resolve any problem identified in the field regarding the program operation;
∎ Provide all out support to respective field level staff for smooth operation of the program;
∎ Collect the progress (and also activities) reports and compiles on regular basis as per requirement and instruction of authority;
∎ Provide assistance to the clients for the establishment and promotion of successful IGAs;
∎ Assist management to review and develop ME loan policy as needed;
∎ Conduct training/ orientation on ME loan policy & procedures to staffs as required;
∎ Arrange meeting with all Area Manager (ME) and Loan Officer (ME) bi-monthly/quarterly
∎ Analyze the portfolio quality of each branch with the help of periodic performance and monitoring reports and identify the potential area to be improved;
∎ Support the management sharing strategic idea to improve the quality and quantity of portfolio as per the demand of the program;
∎ Time to time, specific and overall portfolio situation of the program will be shared with the management,
∎ Extend cooperation to all concerned for smooth running of the program;
∎ Maintain liaison with local elites and related agencies as required;
∎ Provide cooperation the internal and external visitors as and when necessary;
∎ Preserve all the related records and documents safely;
∎ Carry out any other activities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 08 years' working experience in Microfinance Management and also 03 years experience to lead the Microenterprise program as Regional Manager;

Salary:
∎ Tk. 42730 - 79710 (Monthly)
∎ Salary will be negotiated depends on the competency of candidates
