∎ Age at least 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure and maintain good Quality Raw Milk Collection as per ABP and confirm the Producer Services to the farmers to increase the production of better-quality milk and promote farmers' development.
∎ Prepare of Yearly Budget and Target Plan for milk collection with the necessary tests for quality control & maintain all books and records to ensure the smooth functioning of the Chilling Centers.
∎ Frequent visits and monitoring of Chilling Centers are mandatory.
∎ To monitor all financial activities, files and reports to ensure the smooth operation of Chilling Center activities.
∎ Organize a survey of the area to identify new Areas and competitors for the Dairy Extension Program
