Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the activities of the TSM, Distributors & SO.
∎ Ensure realization of online transaction against daily sales.
∎ Train the Sales Forces regarding product knowledge and professional skill development.
∎ Monitor the competitor's activities and provide on time effective solutions of field sales force.
∎ Develop & implement effective sales strategies.
∎ Assist DSM to prepare and execute monthly and annual sales plan.
∎ Negotiate and settle agreements with critical customers.
∎ Identify and solve market related problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given for the candidates having sales & marketing experience in Cake, Biscuit.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 55000 (Monthly)
