Job Context:
∎ As a operational head, you will utilise your strong questioning and negotiation skills to win new business and maximise revenues across a portfolio of b2b/b2c travel sector.
∎ You will play a key part in understanding what clients within the sector want from a tour operation business and will then help the company to make those commercial opportunities a reality.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage a team of 30+ staffs members
∎ Entrepreneurial, confident and outgoing
∎ Highly articulate with a consultative approach to selling
∎ Stable career history
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
∎ Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
∎ Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
∎ Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
∎ Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople
Additional Requirements:

∎ 3 years of proven working experience in the industry
∎ Experience in customer support is a plus
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
∎ Proficiency in English

Information about NCL Tours:
Online Technology: Recently we have established business contract with Digital Trip (eVolve version 3) who will provide technology support to rebuild our online presence. We have business relationship with Multicom (FAB) to use their internet booking engine (Find and Book) via API and connect to all of our suppliers.
Back Office Solution: We have signed a contract with Dolphin Dynamics to use their Back Office solution which will be connected with Amadeus GDS system.
Corporate Relationships: We have business relationship with leading travel technology provider and Travel back office solution provider.
