Additional Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 40 years
  • Proven working experience as a ticketing and reservation expert
  • Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-travel)
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
  • Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc)
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
  • Demonstrable ability to handle crises
  • You must be competent in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo & Saber
  • You must have ready to sell approach 
  • You must be competent in using travel technology
  • You must be a good understanding in English (reading, writing, speaking & listening)
  • Prior experience in marketing, customer service, or reservations in the travel industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms) and reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
  • Problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Multitasking and time management skills.
  • Fluency in local language for diverse clientele.

Responsibilities & Context:

Marketing Duties:

Campaign Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote travel packages, services, and special offers.

Manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and print advertising.

Social Media and Content Creation:

Create engaging content for the agency’s website, blog, and social media platforms.

Monitor and respond to inquiries and comments on social platforms to boost customer engagement.

Market Research:

Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

Monitor competitor activities and pricing to position the agency effectively.

Partnership Development:

Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

Negotiate deals and collaborations to enhance offerings and profitability.

Event Coordination:

Organize travel fairs, promotional events, and webinars to attract customers and increase brand visibility.

Reservation Duties:

Customer Inquiries:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in-person.

Provide detailed information about travel packages, destinations, and prices.

Booking Management:

Handle reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel services.

Ensure accurate and timely booking entries in the agency’s reservation system.

Payment Processing:

Collect payments, issue invoices, and ensure compliance with payment policies.

Handle refund requests and resolve payment-related issues.

Customer Support:

Address customer concerns and provide solutions to travel-related issues.

Assist clients with changes to reservations, cancellations, or special requests.

Documentation:

Ensure clients receive all necessary travel documents, including tickets, itineraries, and visas if required.
