Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters' in Social Science/Other equivalent subject.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ a) Planning and Management
∎ -Prepare quarterly and monthly work plan of respective region based on annual workplan
∎ -Collaborate with region & district implementation team for functioning social accountability, LGIs engagement, and alternative MNH services delivery for the underserved population
∎ -Implement work plan to deliver PHD technical inputs to MaMoni-MNCSP at the Learning Sites as well as at Partners' level for scale-up
∎ -Capacity building and support IP staff to facilitate and develop decentralization plan at district, Upazila and union level
∎ -Technical support to IP staff to implement cMP and progress tracking
∎ -Support to develop comprehensive plan or strengthening MNH services
∎ -Support to develop alternate service delivery strategy for underserved areas
∎ -Support facilitators team for implementing training activities as per the plan
∎ -Assist to implementation learning agenda to capture lessons in selected thematic issues
∎ -Attend regular meetings and forums with different stakeholders at region and districts and support to implement collaborative events.
∎ b) Coordination and Networking
∎ ? Liaise with LGIs, MOH&FP, local administration and others GoB line departments at upazila and district level for improving coordination and solving MNH problems jointly
∎ -Coordinate, support and guide to IP staff in reaching LG institutions and GoB counterparts at district, upazila and union levels
∎ -Develop capacity building plan of local level service providers and local government bodies
∎ -Organize different events for building functional linkages with relevant government functionaries, implementing partners, other agencies, professional bodies and institutions at field level
∎ c) Monitoring and Mentoring
∎ -Support to PHD national team in building capacity of district and upazila teams
∎ Monitor and mentor community engagement and social accountability and inform findings to district, region and national teams
∎ Monitor and mentor of underserve activity and share the finding to district, region and national level
∎ Identity gap of IP staff and develop capacity building plan for them
∎ d) Reporting and Documentation
∎ Assist national team in process documentation
∎ Capture lessons learned and dissemination through formal and informal channels (routine reports, abstracts, policy briefs, seminars, conference, workshops etc)
∎ Prepare progress report of the respective region on regular basis
∎ e) Any other task assigned by the Supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years working experiences on LGI engagement in health program
∎ Demonstrable experience in working closely with Local Government Institute's, Government's functionaries including Health, Family Planning, MOLGRD&C, other relevant GOB departments and development organizations
∎ Strong coordination, mentoring and management skills
∎ Extensive experience in working at Field level
∎ Excellent written and verbal skills in Bengali and English
∎ Computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email and web browsing

Salary:
∎ BDT: 65000-71500 with other benefit mentioned in the project budget.
