Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of office administration and accounts

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word both Bangla & English, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication

  • Good communication skills in Bangla and English

  • Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks

  • Basic computer literacy and record management skills



Responsibilities & Context:

The Office Executive plays a key role in ensuring smooth administrative and operational functioning of SAJIDA Institute of Skills Development. The position is responsible for managing official documentation, office administration, student enrollment processes, coordination with NSDA, and maintaining basic accounts records. The role supports training implementation, compliance, and institutional reporting.

Description of Function:

  • Official documentation, letters, notices, reports, and correspondence

  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems with proper confidentiality

  • Manage student enrollment, registration, and maintain student records

  • Maintain student attendance, assessment, and certification-related documents

  • Coordinate with NSDA for registration, reporting, compliance, and documentation

  • Communicate with students, trainers, management, and external stakeholders

  • Support training sessions, assessments, and certification processes

  • Maintain basic accounts records including student fees, vouchers, and expense tracking

  • Support procurement of documentation and cash records as required

  • Assist management with administrative and operational tasks

  • Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of institutional data
