Responsibilities & Context:

·   Develop Monthly Plan and submit it to Manager (PMES);

·   To help prepare Annual plan of CDA;

·   To help different ladder of People Organization (PO) for their organizational planning;

·   To help context analysis of Peoples Organizations  through survey;

·   To help PMES Manager for developing monitoring tools;

·   To help any kind of planning, develop formats and provide monitoring training;

To prepare planning and monitoring tools of CDA Activities.

·   To help Manager for developing  monitoring indicators;

·   Monitoring and self monitoring system establish as per the planning of Peoples Organizations;

·   CDA field level activities and project/ program Monitoring and identified input and output.

·   Monitor of CDA Samity and Peoples Organizations activities;

·   Effective and Participatory monitoring tools selection;

·   Monitor of Peoples Organizations with different committees activities;

·   Quantitative and Qualitative monitoring  of the program;

·   To evaluate of CDA’s  Project and activities;

·   To evaluate of Samity and Peoples Organizations activities;

·   To help PMES Manager for self evaluation of Samity and People Organizations;

·   To help PMES Manager for evaluation indicator and system selection

· To evaluate of Peoples Organizations committee activities.

·   Attend Trainings/Workshops/Seminars to better knowledge.

· Attend Quarterly/monthly meeting, staff coordination meetings, unit management meetings & other programmatic meetings at the field level.

·   Training need assessment for own-self and facilitate in different training;

·   Regularise prepare report of own activities and submit it proper Manager.

·   Engage in emergency activities of the organization.

·  Obey special duties of Manager/ Executive Director/ Chief of Executive Director of the Organization.
