∎ Masters' in Social Science/ MPH/ Other equivalent subject.

∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT
∎ Prepare quarterly and monthly work plan of respective regions based on Annual Implementation Plan
∎ Work in collaboration with regional team and IPs team for implementing functional mechanisms of social accountability and improved engagement of existing community structures.
∎ Implement Work Plan to deliver PHD's technical inputs to MaMoni-MNCSP at the Learning Sites as well as at Partners' level
∎ Support development of comprehensive plan for strengthening outreach union and upazilla level facilities for MNH services
∎ Support developing alternative service delivery strategy for hard-to-reach areas and high risk population
∎ Support Facilitators Team in implementation of Training Program as per plan
∎ Implement agreed Innovations and Learning in Tea-Garden/Haor/Char areas to reduce access barriers among the underserved population.
∎ Attend regular meetings and forums with different stakeholders at Divisions and Districts level and support to implement collaborative events.
∎ COORDINATION AND NETWORKING
∎ Liaise with local government and MoHFW departments for improved coordination and joint problem solving
∎ Coordinate with IP at District, Upazila and Union level, support and guide them in reaching LG institutions
∎ Develop plans for local level capacity building of providers, local government bodies and NGO staff
∎ Organize different events for building functional linkages with relevant government functionaries, implementing partners, other agencies, professional bodies and institutions at implementation level
∎ MONITORING AND MENTORING
∎ Capacity building of District and Upazila teams on community engagement and voice, accountability and gender issues
∎ Monitor and mentor PHD and PNGOs on community engagement and voice, accountability and gender issues and inform findings to district/divisional/national teams
∎ DOCUMENTATION AND DISSEMINATION:
∎ Assist project team in process documentation
∎ Support dissemination of lessons learned through formal and informal channels (routine reports, abstracts, policy briefs, seminars, conference, workshops etc)
∎ Prepare Progress Report of the respective region on regular basis
∎ Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years working experiences on LGI engagement in health program
∎ Demonstrable experience in working closely with Local Government Institute's, Government's functionaries including Health, Family Planning, MOLGRD&C, other relevant GOB departments and development organizations
∎ Strong coordination, mentoring and management skills
∎ Extensive experience in working at Field level
∎ Excellent written and verbal skills in Bengali and English
∎ Valid Motor Cycle Driving licence
∎ Computer skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, email and web browsing

Salary:
∎ BDT: 65,000 with other benefit mentioned in the project budget.
