English Carnival: English Carnival, an initiative of Edvoy, supports students in preparing for their careers and higher education by providing language training, academic counseling, and guidance for international study opportunities. The program engages with universities and educational institutions across Bangladesh to build awareness and deliver value-based student support.

Position Overview: The Regional Manager will oversee English Carnival operations across all divisions of Bangladesh. The role requires a highly motivated and target-driven individual with a growth mindset who can lead regional campus teams, expand campus coverage, and ensure business goals are met through effective planning, execution, and supervision of field activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee English Carnival activities across all major divisions of Bangladesh.
• Plan and execute university visits and promotional campaigns nationwide.
• Lead and supervise a team of Campus Ambassadors, and Part-time Business Development Executives.
• Set regional targets and ensure consistent achievement through team motivation and structured performance monitoring.
• Build and maintain strong institutional relationships with universities, colleges, and education partners.
• Conduct regular campus visits and ensure at least 10 institutional visits per assigned area daily .
• Represent English Carnival at education fairs, seminars, and student engagement events across the country.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the Country Head
