The Front Desk Receptionist will play a crucial role in representing Mahfuza Overseas's commitment to professionalism and high standards.Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. 2. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently and politely. 3. Schedule and manage appointments and meetings, coordinating with internal teams. 4. Maintain and update office records, databases, and visitor logs. 5. Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages. 6. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. 7. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed. 8. Assist in preparing meeting rooms, ensuring necessary materials are available. 9. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. 10. Handle inquiries and resolve customer or visitor concerns in a courteous manner. 11. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. Reports to: Office Manager
