Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage front desk/reception counters, attend visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
∎ Receiving customer queries and forwarding them to concerned department.
∎ Responding to all local telephone calls and taking care of all incoming/outgoing mails/parcels and forwarding them to concern persons through office peons with proper follow-up and performing the required role to find out missing documents with proper investigation.
∎ Maintain managing chairman's appointment for office staffs and outside guests.
∎ Maintain working relationships and communicates with other departments and organizations on behalf of Management requirements.
∎ Keep the database up-to-date of all relevant information.
