Responsibilities & Context:

Job Nature: Full-time (10.0am-6.0pm)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and greet visitors courteously.
  • Handle phone calls and transfer to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
  • Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks.
