• You need to know content creation, basic video editing, Photoshop Canva.

• Experience is required for ad boosting.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Metropolitan Hospital mission, values and brand voice.

• Create engaging content (text, images and especially video) for platforms such as Facebook.

• Host and manage livestream events, ensuring a professional and respectful experience for viewers.

• Film, edit and publish videos that promote Hospital work stories and increase awareness of whole hospitals activities to various social media.

• Monitor and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.

• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages with empathy and professionalism.

• Manage and optimize Metropolitan Hospital Google ads accounts, including ad copy, targeting and performance tracking.

• Analyze social media and ad campaign performance, providing monthly reports and data-driven recommendations.

• Stay up to date with trends and best practices in digital communication, social media and promotional marketing.
