  • Greeting and directing visitors: Welcoming visitors and guests, and directing them to the appropriate person or office.

  • Answering phones: Answering and directing phone calls to the correct department, taking messages, and screening calls.

  • Scheduling appointments:Scheduling appointments and meetings for employees.

  • Maintaining the reception area: Keeping the reception area clean and tidy, and organizing office supplies.

  • Providing information:Providing information about products, services, business operations, policies, and procedures.

  • Maintaining records: Keeping detailed records of visitor requests and calls received.

  • Providing customer service: Responding to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
