∎ ভিজিটরদের শুভেচ্ছা জানানো ও সহযোগিতা করা।
∎ কর্মচারীদের সময়সূচী পরিচালনা করা।
∎ সকল ধরনের রেজিস্টার খাতা বজায় রাখা।
