Responsibilities & Context: - Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take messages when necessary.
- Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a tidy and professional appearance.
- Keep accurate records of visitor check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including parcels and documents.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information at all times.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
