Are you friendly, professional, and highly organized? We’re looking for a Front Desk Executive/Receptionist who can create a welcoming environment and ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and direct them appropriately
Handle incoming calls, screen inquiries, and route them efficiently
Oversee daily front desk activities and attendance tracking (fingerprint system)
Maintain records of employee entry and exit
Manage couriers, emails, and official correspondence
Provide administrative and clerical assistance
Support meeting coordination and catering arrangements
Ensure front office cleanliness and adherence to company policies
Perform outdoor administrative tasks (for male candidates), such as document delivery, bank visits, or official errands
Take on additional responsibilities as required
