∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must be proper knowledge on computer (MS Office, Excel & Bangla / English writing).
∎ Excellent proficiency in English speaking, looking smart, beautiful, polite candidates will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Welcome all Patients, clients, visitors, guests and delegates into the front office in a professional manner, attend to their requirements and provide a courteous service, refer him/her to the related authority/official in order to portray a positive image of the company.
∎ Respond to all telephone/faxes calls, incoming/outgoing mails with required information in a good and courteous voice and manner.
∎ Performing day to day basic Computer work and official documentation at front desk.
∎ Maintain appointment diary of patients either manually or electronically.
∎ Must be well conversant in phone calls.
∎ Should have excellent interpersonal/ communication skills.
∎ Maintain all records, security and telecommunications system related to Front Desk Operation.
∎ Circulate instructions of the Management to the employees as and when required.
∎ Maintaining good relationship with company employees.
∎ Ensure reception area is organized and prepared in perfect manner.
∎ Any other duties, as assigned by the management.
