- ফোন কল রিসিভ ও প্রাথমিক তথ্য প্রদান করা
- আগত ভিজিটরদের সঠিকভাবে গাইড করা
- কাস্টমারদের তথ্য রেকর্ড ও ডাটাবেইস মেইনটেইন করা
- অফিসের সাধারণ প্রশাসনিক কাজ সহায়তা করা
- অন্যান্য কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত কাজ সম্পাদন
