Responsibilities & Context:
  1. To serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  2. To ensure reception area is tidy and organized in perfect manner.
  3. To answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  4. To receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
  5. To maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
  6. To update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
  7. To execute other official task, assigned by management time to time.
  8. Provide administrative support as and when required.
  9. Be noted: Computer knowledge, specifically on MS office applications meaning office word ans excel necessary.
  10. Good typing knowledge in both English & Bengali (Bijoy Bangla).
  11. Can work in data Entry, Data conversion, Image to text conversion, Photoshop etc.
  12. Should have strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs: MS Word, MS Excel, Photoshop, Power point, & MS Access.
