Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Customer Service Associate. The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for patients/clients and will ensure smooth front-desk operations, excellent service delivery, and positive customer experience.


Job Responsibilities

  • Greet patients/clients warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.

  • Manage inbound/outbound phone calls, WhatsApp, and email communications.

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments through the booking system.

  • Follow up with patients for reminders, feedback, and after-service care.

  • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of all data.

  • Assist patients with service information, pricing, offers, and packages.

  • Collect payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions.

  • Keep the reception area neat, professional, and presentable at all times.

  • Coordinate with doctors/therapists/dental staff for smooth patient flow.

  • Handle queries and resolve complaints politely, escalating when necessary.

  • Support customer engagement and marketing initiatives (feedback forms, loyalty programs, social media responses).

  • Provide general administrative support as required.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum HSC/A-Level; Bachelor’s degree in Business, English, Hospitality, or related field preferred.


Experience Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in receptionist, customer service, or front-desk roles.

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or beauty/cosmetics industry will be considered an advantage.


Additional Requirements

  • Age: 20–32 years (female candidates encouraged to apply).

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and appointment scheduling software.

  • Presentable, polite, and professional in appearance.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
