  • Demonstrated experience or ability to quickly learn and use software like Hospimate or similar hospital management systems.

  • Excellent typing skills in Bangla and English.

  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure.

Job Description:

Bangladesh ENT Hospital Ltd. is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in administrative tasks, with a focus on using Microsoft Office and our proprietary hospital management software, Hospimate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

  • Register new patients and update existing patient information accurately.

  • Manage patient records and ensure data confidentiality.

  • Assist with billing and payment processing as needed.

  • Perform accurate and efficient typing in Bangla and English.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support.

  • Collaborate with other hospital staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
