• Age 18 to 32 years

• You have to master of English language with excellent texting and communication skills
• Skills Required: Client Management, Good communication skill, Computer Operating, Creative Thinking and Multitasking
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, E-commerce, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup-commerce Startup
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Looking For:

• Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
• Excellent in Microsoft Office
• Strong practical knowledge of operating computer function

• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointments.

• Actively listen to customer needs, clarify details, and conduct thorough investigations to identify solutions or alternative options.

• Leverage phone communication to promote and sell services or products based on established guidelines.

• Achieve individual and team goals for both qualitative (e.g., customer satisfaction) and quantitative metrics (e.g., sales targets).

• Provide information about service features, prices, etc.

• Perfectly handle USA Canada customer

• Be the master of problem resolution, clarifying complaints, determining root causes

Employment Status: Fulltime (Night Shift)

Office Hours: Weekly 7days | 8:00PM to 7:00AM (Night Shift)
