Responsibilities & Context:

· Perform assigned tasks according to company policy and maintain all office files properly.

· Skills Required: Client Management, Communication Skills, Computer Operation, Creative Thinking, and Multitasking.

· Diagnose and resolve operational or technical issues efficiently.

· Submit daily work summary reports to the in-charge or team leader.

· Perform day-to-day regular tasks as instructed.

· Work collaboratively within a team environment.

· Maintain good manners, discipline, and professional behavior.

· Must be self-motivated, punctual, and have a positive attitude.

· Perform web browsing, email handling, and maintain clear communication.

· Be hardworking and willing to take new responsibilities.

· Must have proficiency in internet browsing and basic understanding of various software operations.

· Possess excellent communication and social interaction skills.

· Must be dynamic and able to work under pressure.

· Proficient in computer management.

· Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Facebook, and YouTube.
