Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan, coordinate, organize, and control administration, logistics & other essential sites of the company (Multi-task) policy.
∎ Marketing & Sale (Land and Hotel share) as per target.
∎ We are locating prospective customers, generating them into lands, and eventually converting them into customers.
∎ Commercial awareness with a creative mind.
∎ Individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
∎ To ensure a smooth flow of Share sales, Land sales as per management target.
∎ Ensure employees/workers smooth working.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ Achieve sales targets set by management in coordination with the sales team, target Fillup .
∎ Self-Starter and should have a positive mindset to achieve monthly, quarterly & Half Yearly, and Yearly Sales Targets by Sales Team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Over time allowance
