Additional Requirements:

• Age 21 to 35 years

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a related field. (Prior experience in Dubai a plus).
• Proven track record of success in lead generation, sales/rentals, and exceeding client expectations.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including current trends, property types, locations, and legalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a strong advantage.
• A valid Dubai Real Estate License.
• A positive and results-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Proficiency in CRM software and real estate marketing tools (a plus).

In this exciting role, you will play a key role in our company's success by generating leads, marketing properties, and guiding clients through the buying, selling, or renting process in the ever-evolving Dubai market.

Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition and Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads, targeting potential clients through various channels (e.g., online marketing, networking, attending events).
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs, preferences, and budget to identify suitable properties within our portfolio or the wider Dubai market.
• Build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor throughout the real estate journey.
• Property Marketing and Sales/Rentals: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on current property trends, market values, and competitor activity in Dubai.
• Effectively market and showcase our listings through compelling property descriptions, high-quality photos, and virtual tours (if applicable).
• Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best possible deals for buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Manage the sales/rental process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for clients.
• Client Service and Expertise: Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
• Possess a deep understanding of Dubai's various property types, locations, and legalities to expertly guide clients.
• Adhere to Dubai's real estate regulations and maintain a high standard of professional ethics.
• Business Development and Networking: Actively build relationships with potential buyers, sellers, renters, developers, and other industry professionals to expand your network and generate new opportunities.
• Represent our company at industry events and functions to increase brand awareness and establish yourself as a Dubai real estate expert.
