∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & Assign Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly sales target to divisional sales team.
∎ Achieving the primary & secondary sales target through dealers, corporate & direct sales.
∎ Fixing product wise sales target & achieving monthly sales target
∎ Executing all promotional & trade marketing offers/programs in the region.
∎ Identifying & analyzing regional sales trend and discover new opportunities for growth.
∎ Identifying and solving distribution, after sales related problems & ensuring smooth sales operation.
∎ Monitor and report on Retail & Wholesale sales activities regularly and follow up the same necessary measures.
∎ Monitor competitors pricing, offer/programs and market conditions
∎ Fostering a performance culture among team members.
∎ Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
