Additional Requirements:

• Age 30 to 50 years

Minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably in a reputed company (qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidates)

Responsibilities & Context:

• Assist in the formulation and development of waterproof emulsions, textile emulsions, and other chemical products.
• Conduct laboratory experiments, tests, and quality checks to evaluate product performance.
• Prepare samples, record data meticulously, and analyze test results.
• Support scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot and production scale.
• Collaborate with senior staff to improve existing formulations and develop new products.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Document all research activities and prepare technical reports.
• Analyze data and assist in preparing technical reports
• Help in the design, development, and implementation of new and improved products
• Perform routine laboratory tasks, such as preparing solutions and maintaining equipment
• Maintain accurate records of experiments and results
• Work closely with the research and development team to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget
