1. Supervision & Team Management

• Directly supervise workers, laborers, and technicians

• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance

• Ensure workers follow instructions and meet productivity targets

• Provide guidance and on-the-job training

2. Work Planning & Execution

• Plan daily work schedules based on project requirements

• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project managers

• Monitor progress and report delays or issues

3. Quality Control

• Check work quality to ensure it meets required standards

• Inspect materials and workmanship

4. Health & Safety Compliance

• Enforce safety rules and regulations on-site

• Ensure workers use proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

5. Material & Equipment Management

• Monitor usage of materials to avoid wastage

• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Report progress to site engineer or project manager

• Keep records of materials used and work completed

7. Coordination

• Communicate instructions from management to workers

• Resolve minor site issues and conflicts
