Responsibilities & Context:
Kung Fu Food Limited is engaged in the manufacture of dairy products and all kinds of bakery foods, along with food processing and packaging, import of raw materials, export of finished goods, and nationwide supply, distribution, and trading of food items.
Department: Production
Kung Fu Food Limited invites applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated candidates for the following positions. Selected candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, product development, testing, quality improvement, and coordinating manufacturing processes to achieve production targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth operations.
Job Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
Troubleshoot and resolve technical/mechanical issues efficiently
Ensure smooth production flow as per daily production targets
Maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards in the production area
Record maintenance logs and report any abnormalities to management
Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery
Assist in research and development of new dairy and bakery products
Conduct product trials, testing, and sample preparation
Support improvement of existing product quality and processes
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
Maintain accurate documentation of R&D activities and test results
Coordinate with production team for product implementation
Analyze raw materials and finished products for quality consistency
Job Other Benifits:
USD 1,400-1,600 (Negotiable)
