Job Context:
∎ Department - Quality Assurance
∎ Type of Employment - Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
∎ Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
∎ Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
∎ Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
∎ Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
∎ Monitoring employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
∎ Prepare and submit quality report
∎ Running awareness and programs. When companies develop new products/recipes, quality assurance managers work with the product development team to establish quality standards.

∎ Work Experience
∎ 3-5 years in restaurant industry, with 1-3 years in supervision, in a quality assurance QA Department.
∎ should have the experience in the Hospital management training, Hotel/Restaurant/Café
∎ should have the on hand experience of making coffee and other dishes
