Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets.
∎ Fully conversant with all kind of Food Safety & Quality Management System viz.: ISO, FSSC, BRC, HACCP, Six Sigma, 5S etc.
∎ Monitoring and auditing of products to ensure high standards of quality.
∎ Ensuring products comply with legislation and quality assurance codes.
∎ Ensuring that all QA Tests are carried out on time and in full.
∎ Ensure zero FM complaint from Store/customer, effective CAPA Implementation - Zero repetition & closure of end to end gap within defined time frame, 100% FM mapping and Horizontal deployment of Preventive action or best practice
∎ Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior managers on performance.
∎ Identify training needs and recommendations to improve customer experience.
∎ Keeping quality documentation up to date. Making sure that all QA records, data & information are available to managers.
∎ Arranging the repair of any QA / related equipment that is malfunctioning. Ensuring non-conforming products are identified and placed on restriction.
∎ Responsible for the review and update of the program quality plans.
∎ Awareness of regulatory requirement and customer service expectations.
∎ Ensuring activities in the quality plan are carried out. Coordinating the investigation of customer complaints.
∎ Preparing and analyzing information for the purpose of Management Review. Giving specialist quality assurance advice to the company departments as required
∎ Ensure the Pest Control compliance - Zero sighting of pest in Operation area including right chemical dosage application, 100% service compliance & area wise pest performance monitoring.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have thorough knowledge of Food processing unit field experience preferably of MNC, FMCG
∎ Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
∎ Excellent project management skills.
∎ Microsoft PPT/Trend Analysis /Kaizen project implementation
∎ Technical sound knowledge on products & processes & test methods
∎ Food Safety /GMP/ GHP Requirements/ Quality Tools
∎ Statistical Process Control/Six Sigma technique/Kaizen/5S
