Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all the scheduled test reports and if there are any abnormalities then take action to solve the problem
∎ Prepare daily reports and kept the documents
∎ Maintain all scheduled work on time
∎ Monitor floor to maintain the good quality of the product
∎ Monitor all the process wastage
∎ Monitor gear/pinion as per change slip during quality change
∎ Organize training programs for workers and motivate them
∎ Oversee machine cleaning and housekeeping
∎ Follow up quality change instruction at the time of change
∎ Manage urgent and critical situations and provide reports to the higher authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Good analytical skills and people management skills
∎ Good organizational skills and attention to detail
∎ Experienced applicants should have professional work experience in Jute Industry
