Job Responsibilities:
∎ Improve existing Quality systems to meet the buyers standards and ensure production outputs are in line with companys targets.
∎ Develop the internal quality team to a greater extent to meet the buyers requirement and will lead, communicate and co-ordinate Quality Department as well as the production team.
∎ Ensure the internal quality check of samples are done within time lines and must ensure the performance and achievements are well meet the required quality standard of the company.
∎ Apply skills to adopt best possible production planning systems that cater the international quality standard.
∎ Apply best communication skills to operate and maintain high performance work environment.
∎ To put best effort to improve productivity of quality team at optimum level by maintaining effective communication to ensure timely delivery.
∎ To Prepare, set up and implement a TQM system in the entire factory.
∎ To set up proper planning to check goods at the time of stitching to ensure zero defective production.
∎ To conduct internal inspection prior to buyer's final inspection to be ensured required quality as per buyer's standard.
∎ To Instruct, guide, counsel packing department for correct tagging and packing requirements.
∎ To attend all buyer meetings related to quality and shipment and will fulfill their requirements.
∎ To prepare, finalize and implement standard quality manual pertaining to the company and buyer standard.
∎ Capability to handle EU, USA, Japaneese buyer accoridng to their standard.
∎ Independently handle any Technical or Quality Audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication in English
∎ Self motivated and self organized with a positive attitude.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence and analytical ability.
∎ Computer knowledge is must.
∎ Must have team work and cooperation mentality.
∎ Experience on working in Head wear Manufacturing company will get preference.
