Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle all guideline for production and Quality Management System.
∎ To run the QMS team successfully and all kinds of instruction, policy & system effectively implemented in production floor for achieving best quality.
∎ To provide technical assistance to all section wherever applicable in order to achieve customers quality standard, inline setup, machinery adoption, production methods & work aid.
∎ Coordinate with production, planning, Merchandising, IE & planning, Quality & other related department & Coordinate with buyer representative in inspection & audit matters.
∎ Ensure all QMS staffs are trained on any new procedure/requirements as advised by the customers.
∎ To ensure that proper working conditions & compliance requirements at work are maintained.
∎ To organize formal training / on job training for the development of staff.
∎ To know the staff individually and there working capacity for their job placement on the ‘principle. of right man for right post’. Responsible for each aspect of QMS and product assembly in the factory.
∎ Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ To keep all necessary documents & ultimately ensure final product quality.
∎ And any others assignment given by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knit Composite garment factory experienced - handling buyer H&M, LIDL, Jennyfer
Salary: Negotiable
