Job Context:
∎ We are working with a US company to build a healthcare revenue cycle management solution that automates the payment posting and reconciliation processes for 100% of a provider’s payments, whether they arrive electronically or on paper.
∎ We are looking for QA Engineers (urgently) to join a technologically advanced team focusing on developing and enhancing the healthcare revenue cycle management solution.
∎ The Quality Engineer will be responsible to build, test, and maintain test solutions to our web application. Data is the centerpiece of our application and therefore establishing robust application quality assurance (QA) is a critical aspect of this role.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create/Assist/Troubleshoot the development of Test Automation Framework, Standards, Procedures, Processes, and Best practices as related to Test Automation
∎ Maintain and Guide Test Automation Suites. Execution and undertake analysis of results to ensure that software meets or Exceeds specified standards and/or client and technical requirements
∎ Work with project stakeholders to determine the appropriate quality initiatives to implement during the development process.
∎ Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Engineering, IT services, IT solution functions to expedite delivery of IT solutions
∎ Work within quality assurance frameworks to ensure stability, efficiency and scalability
∎ Take responsibility for integrity of testing and acceptance activities and coordinates the execution of these activities
∎ Assist in the development of quality assurance and testing policies, standards and procedures, processes, and best practices as related to automation through a Community of Practice
∎ Work with project stakeholders to determine the appropriate quality initiatives to implement during software development life cycles
∎ Work in a SCRUM agile environment to deliver robust, reliable, quality deliverables
∎ Responsible for keeping PHI and systems private and secure.
∎ Formally managing equipment on the network, including equipment in user areas
∎ Completing other special duties as assigned
∎ Thrive in fast paced, remote environment, turning chaos into order
∎ Ability to organize and prioritize tasks naturally – for self and others
∎ Exhibits a high dynamic range, envisioning the big picture and yet comfortable to deep dive into the details

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ QA experience as part of the software development life cycle process
∎ Working with Test Automation tools: Selenium, PyTest
∎ Demonstrated knowledge of SQL and Python
∎ (Desired) Experience working with healthcare data including claims, eligibility, lab, and provider data.
∎ Understanding of PHI and HIPAA compliance
∎ Experience working in an Scrum/Agile environment including participation in daily standups
∎ Must be fluent in English.
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 120000 (Monthly)
