∎ Location: Presently we are 100% virtual (Working from Home) and we will be transition to hybrid work arrangement in the near future (Office in Dhaka, Bangladesh).
∎ Work hours: 8 hrs/day, 5 days/week (Sunday to Thursday) with some flexibility.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are seeking passionate QA Automation Engineers to directly work with our international clients (mainly in North America and Europe). As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be automating test cases using Zeuz and working directly with the engineering and product management teams.
∎ If any developer is willing to switch to the QA side, that will also be acceptable even if they have less experience but should have good eye for catching corner cases.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2+ years of work experience in automated testing domain.
∎ Fluent in English speaking and writing.
∎ Design, develop tests cases, analyze test logs, report defects.
∎ Strong problem solving skills and excellent oral/written communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to work independently and engage with stakeholders in a distributed team environment.
∎ Takes ownership and accountability for their work.
∎ Ability to understand and construct SQL Queries.
∎ Experience in communicating with international clients, technical teams, and management.
∎ Hands-on Python experience.
∎ Experience of QA methodologies?in an Agile and Scrum?environment.
