• Implement the IB PYP curriculum effectively, incorporating inquiry-based approaches to teaching and learning.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement, collaboration, and independent thinking.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning needs and encourage student-led inquiry.

• Assess student progress using a variety of formative and summative assessment strategies aligned with IB standards.

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning experiences and contribute to the school`s overall educational program.

• Establish strong partnerships with parents and guardians, providing regular communication and support for student development.
