∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
∎ Negotiate contracts, improved prices and terms of business with suppliers.
∎ Be updated of latest market trends / sources for goods and materials seasonal supplies.
∎ Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid business performance.
∎ Assess tenders and quotations from potential suppliers.
∎ Prepare purchase orders in line with final negotiations with selected suppliers and in line with organizational targets and requirements.
∎ Work closely with internal departments for daily orders.
∎ Responsible in tracking and receiving of orders.
∎ Perform physical stock count at month end together with accounting department.
∎ Reconcile differences between book records and physical quantities.
