∎ About the Role:
∎ We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase and Procurement Officer to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will manage the sourcing, purchasing, and timely delivery of goods and services while ensuring cost-effectiveness and maintaining supplier relationships for the duration of the night shift.
∎ Key Responsibilities:1. Execute procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating contracts.2. Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment of stock.Place and track purchase orders to ensure prompt delivery of goods.3. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve discrepancies or delays.4. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.5. Collaborate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and budget allocation.6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.7. Address any supply chain issues promptly during night hours.
