We are looking for a competent Public Relation Officer ( Lawyer) to handle investigations, criminal and administrative legal matters, along with managing external liaison activities with courts, regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and external legal firms on behalf of the organization.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Handle criminal, and administrative legal matters of the organization.
Conduct and support internal investigations; prepare legal opinions and investigation reports.
Draft, review, and vetting legal documents, agreements, notices, and petitions.
Represent and coordinate for the organization before courts, tribunals, and government bodies.
Manage external liaison activities with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, courts, and external lawyers.
Maintain regular communication with relevant external stakeholders to ensure timely legal compliance and case progress.
Maintain proper documentation, case files, and legal records.
Advise management on legal risk mitigation, dispute resolution, and compliance issues.
