- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in interpreting complex data sets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, especially in explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity with database management systems and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both public and private sector stakeholders.

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Transition Advisor to join our dynamic consulting team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in guiding the transition processes of PPP projects by analyzing data, engaging stakeholders, and delivering strategic insights that support evidence-based decision-making. This role requires a blend of policy acumen, project management expertise, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed transition plans outlining key deliverables, timelines, and performance milestones.
- Identify potential risks during the PPP transition process and formulate effective mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with public authorities, private partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Facilitate seamless communication and coordination among all involved parties to ensure a smooth transition.
- Lead the execution of transition activities, ensuring alignment with project scope, timeline, and objectives.
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and technical experts to manage all elements of the transition process.
- Monitor progress against the transition plan and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Conduct post-transition reviews to evaluate outcomes, extract insights, and recommend improvements.
- Design and deliver capacity-building programs for public sector teams on managing PPP frameworks.
- Document and share best practices and lessons learned from previous PPP transitions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies throughout the transition.
- Advocate for policy reforms that support sustainable PPP transition and implementation.
- Support the financial structuring of PPP projects, including budgeting, funding mechanisms, and financial risk assessment.
- Promote transparency and accountability in all financial aspects related to the transition process.
- Advise stakeholders on PPP models, contractual structures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Contribute to the development and review of PPP proposals, contracts, and partnership agreements.
