∎ Master degree in related field (Psychology, Clinical Psychology/ Counselling).

∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ BNPS is inviting application from the experienced professionals with proven track record for the position of `PSS Officer` for its `Empowering Rohingya refugee and host community women through leadership, learning and livelihoods` Project (at Cox`s Bazar District) for BNPS funded and supported by Oxfam in Bangladesh for One Year.
∎ Report to: Project Coordinator
∎ Duration: Up to February `24. (Possible extension)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 03 - 07 years of professional work experience in INGOs/NGOs.
∎ At least 2 years of work experience with Rohingya and Cox's Bazar host community in Cox's Bazar.
∎ Proven experience to work on MHPSS, MFA, PSEA.
∎ Strong understanding on gender issues and non-judgemental service providing.
∎ Clear understanding on power dynamics of social, economic and gender context in community level.
∎ Good communication, facilitation, presentation and representation skills.
∎ Willing to travel to the remote areas in communities and work in team context
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to work in team.
∎ Capacity to take appropriate initiatives, collaboration and networking for influencing government agencies
∎ Skills in Report writing, case study writing and data management
∎ Skills in Ms-word, Ms-excel, PowerPoint and email communication.
Salary:
∎ BDT. 40,000 - 45,000/- per month (consoled).
