Educational Requirements:
∎ Advance degree in Psychology, Disaster Management, Development Studies or other relevant subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Duration of contract: 12 months (with possibility of extension)
∎ Organizational Unit/Department : Disaster Response department (PMO)
∎ Reporting line : Head of Operation, PMO, Cox`s Bazar, BDRCS
∎ Age limit : 45 years (may be relaxed in case of outstanding candidates)
∎ Duty station: PMO, Cox`s Bazar

Additional Requirements:
∎ Priority will be given to candidates who demonstrate a high level of motivation and good communication, social and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Bangla English language typing. Required fluency in both spoken and written Bangla and English languages.
∎ At least 10 years relevant working experience in protection, gender inclusion in humanitarian and development field. Extensive experience in communication and diffusion strategies and techniques, reporting, documentation, publication, and audio-visual material preparation in relation to safeguarding and development fields.

Salary:
∎ Up to 90000/-
