Job Context:
∎ Here at Luth Corporation, we are looking for an addition to the property preservation team. In this role, you will oversee our network of Vendors and our team. This includes ensuring their jobs are assigned, completed and helping the team grow and maintain our network. Our ideal candidate has the ability to lead multiple projects and improve processes.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reviewing and assigning work orders to the local vendors.
∎ Updating work orders as needed.
∎ Building relationships and communicating with Vendors.
∎ Maintaining the network of vendors.
∎ Following up on monthly scorecards for each vendor.
∎ Quality control of work done by vendors.
∎ Facilitates vendor invoices or research requests through Invoice Management ensuring charges for inspections are accurate
∎ Ensure timely closeouts on work orders by vendors.
∎ Working with Vendors on pricing and approvals of the new pricing.
∎ Delegating areas of work and vendors to team members.
∎ Open to other tasks as needed.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
