Additional Requirements:

∎ At least 3 years experiences in the relevant field, especially experience of working for youth network or NGO, preferably in the field of adolescent and/or youth participation.
∎ Experience of working through digital platforms is desirable.
∎ Sound understanding of rights based/child rights programming, ICT for development and social accountability.
∎ Experience to conduct internal orientations/training for the project team on the volunteer engagement strategy
∎ Ability of technical coordination with field staffs on work planning, technical approaches etc.
