Job Context:
∎ PARI Development Trust is a national NGO working in greater Mymensing. PARI is implementing community development, maternal & child health, nutrition, agriculture and child rights program in several upazilas of Mymensingh, Netrokona,Jamalpur, Kishorgonj, Sherpur and Tangail districts.PARI is going to implement a new project "Children Youth and Communities for Change (CYCC)" with the funding from Transformed Aid International Australia under Sherpur district.
∎ The programme seeks Project Officer to lead the field program and drive for achieving expected results through effective implementation of program activities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform duties in a team management environment
∎ Prepare activity plan, MIS and reports in regular basis
∎ Arrange and conduct meetings with different stakeholders (community, Union Parishod, govt.authority, NGOs)
∎ Supervise and monitor field activities
∎ Initiate community development plan with stakeholders through participatory approach
∎ Take active role to implement child rights and protection issues in the community
∎ Support PM for RBM planning and reporting
∎ Formation of groups with disadvantage adults, adolescents and children
∎ Handling of Child partners personal file, photograps, case study and reports and submit them to donors asper timeline
∎ Facilitate meeting, training, workshops with target participants and stakeholders

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines.
∎ Knowledge on ICT particularly on MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point and Networking.
∎ Able to drive motorbike and having valid driving licence
∎ Need to stay at Upazila level.
∎ Strong written and oral communication skills in local language and proficiency in English is essential
∎ Experience in Appreciative inquery and feedback
∎ Must be emotionally stable and willing to serve the poor and work with the community.
